Nature Based Mindfulness
Carefully crafted workshops and courses that use Nature Based Mindfulness, elements of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), simple Qi Gong movements and the sound of the Native American style Flute to bring you into being fully present in the moment and hence support calming, relaxation and centredness.
