Thriving Families
Provide an independent information, advice and support service for families with children (up to age 25) with additional support needs, and the professionals working with them. An additional support need is anything which means a child needs more, or different, support to another child the same age to make the most of their lives. They also provide information and advice to professionals so they are better able to support and signpost families to services and resources.

Togetherall
Togetherall is an online community for people who are stressed, anxious or feeling low. The service has an active forum with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. You can talk anonymously to other members and take part in group or 1-to-1 therapy with therapists.

Wellbeing in Nature
The full six week course that combines the 'Five Ways to Wellbeing' - Connect, Take Notice, Give, Be Active, Learn with the 'Five Pathways to Nature Connection' - Contact, Beauty, Meaning, Emotion, Compassion. The sixth week of the course is Integration. Days usually run from 10am-4pm and include essential social time over lunch. Available in person, online and in groups.

WorryTree
The WorryTree app aims to help you take control of worry wherever you are. You can use the app to record whatever you feel worried about. It uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help you notice and challenge your worries. It can also help you create an action plan for managing worry. NHS Approved.
